Can you detail my car at my home, office or apartment?

Accepted Answer

Yes we can! Don't worry we have all the tools and equipment needed to get the job done at your convenience. We supply water and electric straight from our mobile work truck. There is no need to use your water or electricity to clean your car. Leave that up to us.

How long does car detailing usually take?

Accepted Answer

Each detail takes a different amount of time depending on the size and dirtyness of the vehicle. On average it takes 1.5-3.5 hours for an Exterior Detail job. It takes 1.5-3.5 hours for an Interior Detail job, and it takes 2-5 hours for a Full Detail job.

How long will the clean last?

We at Bianco's Mobile Detailing pride ourselves in how long we are able to keep your car clean even after we are done detailing. We generously apply various paint, window, and plastic sealants and protectants all over your car to keep it shinning and protected for longer. We like to give our customers a lot of value for their money and making the detail job last a long time is our priority.

What if I don't have access to water or electricity?

If you don't have access to water or electricity, we've got you covered. Contact us at 347-816-8789 to find out where we can meet up to get your car looking brand new.  So, there is no need to worry if you live someplace without acess to both water and electricity. We are here to help!

What If It's Raining?

Rain is very typical in Florida, however we like to come prepared for any circumstance. Our mobile unit comes equipped with a canopy that can cover the vehicle while we detail your car.  We may have to postpone your appointment if it's very heavy rain that can cause flooding and high wind over 20 mph that can lead to an unsafe work environment for our staff.

Cancellations & Refunds

Accepted Answer

If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay a cancellation fee. 
If you cancel within 48 hours you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee to make up for the lost income for that booked time slot.

Is There A Rescheduling Fee?

Accepted Answer

You will not be charge a rescheduling fee as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancelations made within 48 hours of booking appointment will be charged $40 to make up for the lost time slot.

Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much?

Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist. Thank You!

What If Im Not Satisfied With My Detail?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment. We are willing to compensate with you.

Is Bianco's Mobile Detailing Licensed, Insured & Bonded?

Yes we are! Currently insured for up to $300k in general liability damage. Licensed in Florida State.

We encourage cash and accept all major credit and debit holders. We also accept PayPal, Zelle, Venmo and CashApp.
